Three Alimak Construction hoists provide fast and reliable access to the high rise Suzhou Centre Project on the Jinji Lake Urban Development.

Three ALIMAK SC 65/32 FC construction hoists were used during the construction of Suzhou Centre Project, located in the Jiangsu Province of China. Each hoist had payload capacities of 2,000 kg per car, and lifting heights of up to 180 m, providing fast and efficient vertical access solutions during the construction of the building.

As the core of Suzhou Central Business District the Suzhou Centre is located on the banks of the scenic Jinji Lake, covering an area of 167,000 square meters. The high-end integrated development project will comprise of retail, commercial and residential spaces along with a hotel, entertainment and cultural areas.

The Suzhou Center Project is also one of the first Projects in the world to utilize the newly launched ALIMAK SC 65/32 construction hoist. The ALIMAK SC 65/32 is specially designed to meet the needs of construction and rental companies working in new and emerging markets such as China, offering efficiency, safety, reduced energy consumption, higher speeds and greater lifting heights, all with a lower total cost of ownership.
